How do I return or exchange an item?
Kasa Modern Design takes pride in the quality and
craftsmanship of its products. Attention to design, materials
and end product is our biggest concern. Every item in our
collection is carefully selected and then inspected before parting to the customer's hand. We encourage you to inspect the furniture right after it's been received. In the event that damage occurs during transit and handling, or if you
discover any defect, please contact us at 786-334-1714 and one of our customer care agents will be glad to help. For orders placed through our store, please contact the
store where the sale originated within 7 days of delivery.
Also, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, please contact us within that same 7-day
window. Your return or exchange must be delivered to its origin in its original packaging at the customer's expense no later than 14 days after
Kasa Modern Design is aware of the return or exchange to be made.
Upon receipt, your merchandise will be inspected. Appropriate
exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price of
the item(s) and for any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with
applicable state law. Shipping and delivery charges are nonrefundable. In addition, in certain
circumstances, a usage or restocking fee also may apply. Orders eligible
for cancellation will be refunded in the original form of tender.
